
Mark A. Christensen, a Senior Partner at the law firm of Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather, and NDCA 2023 Defense Counsel of the Year, is shifting the focus of his practice to mediation and arbitration. Mark began conducting mediations in 1995 and has successfully served as a mediator in personal injury, commercial litigation, estate and employment cases in Nebraska and throughout the region. Mark has served as an arbitrator in construction and employment disputes.

Mark has been a trial lawyer for 40 years with the predominant percentage of his trial practice dedicated to defending health care professionals in medical malpractice litigation across the State of Nebraska. He is a member and Past President of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Nebraska Chapter, a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mark is also a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is America’s foremost professional organization for experienced mediators and arbitrators practicing in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution.
