Rick’s practice has three primary focuses:
- Complex commercial litigation in all disciplines, emphasizing technology and highly regulated industries;
- Advisory, transactional and litigation services in technology, information security and privacy; and
- Lawyers’ professional responsibility and the law of the legal profession.
