Practice Emphasis:
Dick represents commercial lenders, including banks, bank holding companies, heavy equipment financers and suppliers of agricultural chemicals and products. His practice focuses on commercial lending, including the preparation of commercial loan documents, enforcing creditors' rights in bankruptcy, federal and state enforcement actions and workouts and restructuring of commercial and agricultural debt. In addition, Dick also provides representation in commercial litigation.
