Practice Emphasis:
Mark is primarily engaged in mediation and arbitration and has successfully served as a mediator in personal injury, commercial litigation, estate and employment cases in Lincoln, Omaha and throughout Nebraska and the region. Over the course of his career, he has had a general civil trial practice emphasizing medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, plaintiff's personal injury cases and commercial litigation.
