Practice Emphasis:
Brian has experience working on most real estate product types and projects across much of the U.S., including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, and land development. His transactional practice focuses on advising developers and real estate owners across each step of their projects, including portfolio and single asset acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, leasing, property management, new developments, and redevelopments.
Brian also represents real estate owners on selected litigation matters including condemnation/eminent domain, and ad valorem property tax appeals.
